The Knoxville web site posted the winner at 11:57 EDT. Meanwhile the TV is showing the Tyler Walker yellow. It's too bad Walker caused that yellow instead of turning off the track. It probably caused Meyers the race.

no four wide pace lap because weather is coming. Yellow as Walker jumped and sent to tail. Lasoski leads but falls off the pace and Meyers shoots around to lead one. Meyers led through lap 23 when the first yellow came for Walker with a motor fire. Solwold and Wright are out of the race. After the restart, Schatz took the lead at the line at lap 25 but the second yellow came for a stopped Stewart with no power steering at lap 26. Schatz wins over Meyers and Dollansky.

It seems like they were caught up within about 10 seconds earlier in the broadcast. Looked like the show was running too fast to squeeze in all the commercials so they had to start dragging out the cautions.

I was disapointed they didn't air the driver intros where they walk across the stage. Those guys deserve their intro being aired because the scoring rundown kept resetting after 10th place. It also stinks that they didn't correct themselves once the race was over regarding Henderson's finish.

But it still rules that it was on TV at all. Thanks to Cappy for having TV again!!!

it was raining on the edge of town while the TV was screwing off.

There was not even the 4 wide lap.

If not for TV, the races could have been over by 9PM if need be.

I for one have zero issues with the tape delay. Obviously I would love Live more, but tonight was a great reason to have the tape delay. How disappointing would it have been to have a 16 lap A-Main (rain out) decide the nationals champion??? Hey, I'd like to hand that throphy to anyone but Schatz too, but someone needs to run 30 solid laps to take that trophy home IMO. Kudos to the decision for tape delay, perhaps next year SPEED can come on air Live @ 8:30pm and tape delay as needed for commercials. In a perfect world, tv would work their schedule around the races, but they'll need a much bigger sponsor to do that.

My fingers are still crossed for PPV 4-day coverage someday.

So it was 6-8 minutes behind for God Knows What reason. So what?

Here's an idea.

DON'T WATCH THE RACE WITH ONE EYE ON THE TV AND THE OTHER ON THE COMPUTER.

Hopefully next year it will be on ppv that way we can watch from the start of the night. I want to see from the e-main to the a-main. Who cares if you have to pay 20 bucks.
