sorry. being commissioner almost makes me feel bad when I win. I'd almost rather just do ok and see others win who havent yet. dont get me wrong - i dont feel THAT bad about it tho lol. i thank ya'll every week for playing - and i mean it even more week by week. I'm glad this league is maintaining over 20 players. and i hope even more new players take part. I'm happy just to score it. playing is cool too - but even when i do poorly - I almost dont care it because chattin about it and lookin at all the numbers and details of it and stuff is my main reward - as well as helping to provide an additional aspect to make fridays even more fun for all of us. so thank you again to you all.
hard to believe we're in the final stretch of the season. ironically - we have seen more nights of racing though than almost any other year i can remember - not 1 real rainout. sure keeps me busy on friday nights lol.
this is an announcement I want everyone to pay close attention to. I really wanted us to pick on the sprint bandit race wednesday - the mods there no way of tellin at all who will be here, but the bandits run mon. and tues. and we could know who would be here - but it presents somewhat of a problem logistacally to do it. we would have to either create thread (which would really mean 2 more threads because of the official league) - or everyone have their picks on by wednesday i mean overall picks. well anyway to avoid this thread getting up to 50-60 replies and it being a lot of stuff to sift through and being confusing -------- WE WILL NOT PICK EITHER CLASS OF THE WEDNESDAY NIGHT SHOW. both classes are rather unpredictable on who will show (esp. the mods) - and thats on top of the added logistics of scoring it - there are several ways it could make a mess of things. i dont want anyone to not play for whatever reason...................so we will just do week 22 picks on the friday show (8-15). there will be 4 picks that night - champ sprints, pro stocks, and 2 ascs sooner region features. one of em is a makeup and i think the lineup for it can be found on either the SFS or the ASCS website.
if anyone has any feedback they would like to share - please by all means do. otherwise -
PLEASE PUT YOUR WEEK 22 OPEN LEAGUE PICKS (8-15) - here in this thread, and again there will be 4 picks. the ascs sooner region, the ascs sooner makeup feature, champ sprints, and pro stocks.
