Man!! And I thought Savage got bad!!!!! I hope Jason's folks aren't getting hit too hard by the storm in La. Hell, come to think of it, they're probably still in K-ville! We don't have a computer at our place on the Lake & we just got home, so I'd like to send our belated congrats to both Jason (for Sun. nite) & Wayne (for Sat. Nite). Great runs!!

"Rumor Johnson race 41 eagle car wth there panels"
I will attempt to interpret this message using the decoder ring I found in a Cracker Jack box years ago.
There is a rumor circulating that Jason Johnson is racing the number 41 Eagle chassis, that he normally races, at Osky and Knoxville using the panels (and wings, etc.) from the 19E car owned by Kasey Kahne Racing.
Makes perfect sense to me. Why not run a chassis that you are comfortable with and race in regularly, rather than try to set up an all new chassis that you and your crew are not familiar with? It was previously reported that Johnson was likely using his own crew from the 41 car at Knoxville.

Im sure Jason's folks were ok...him and his folks are from Eunice which is more north that where I live. I live in New Iberia which is about a 20 minute drive down to the Gulf...we didnt get hardly any rain and a little wind but nothing bad. Im sure pulling for Jason to upset everybody and bring the Nationals trophy down to Cajun Country!!!! Laissez Les Bon Temps Roulez!!!!

It would be a good idea, but I'm afraid it is just that...a rumor. I spoke with some of the family and they too had the same feelings about the 'ol switch-a-roo. By the way, the Johnson's were spared from the "tropical storm". It was more like a nice afternoon summertime shower.

dirtracefan21. Are U Dawn?
Jason's family here in da house from Eunice La. Not much rain to speak of. Just a typical hot August Day with da clouds and da Gulf breeze. We are all OK. His Mom and Dad are in Knoxville this year(Craig & Debra).
Da res of us stayed home, we all had to work(las time we had 7 udder people dat went), an Dem DAMN GAS prices!(KEEY YAWW!, dey high HUH?), but we all watched da races on dat intanet dough,. He is doing a great Job dis year HUH?....lol.
Thanks for supporting him.
As far as some kind of Panels? We know of nothing out of the ordinary. (As soon as you try something crazy at a big event, it usually bites you in the butt....right!)
Go Jason! The Rajun Cajun. #41 and the Lanny Row team.

Who's car did he run last night? Was it the 41 with with different panels, or the Kasey Kahne car?
