Congratulations to David Cardey for his first feature win at Victorville Speedway on Saturday evening. David drove the iTi Performance Motorsports,Downing Performance Engines, Empire Plumbing Sprinter to his first feature win on his first time at Victorville. With David's hot lap session being cut short due to a accident in turn four, he had only one and a half laps of pratice on the track before his heat race. David started the towards the rear of the heat and drove to the front to battle with Seth Wilson. Within a few laps David passed Seth in turns 1&2 to take the lead and go on to win the heat race. Starting fouth row inside in the main was Davids starting position . David moved up throught the field and began to track down the leader. David raced his way up to second and set his sights on tracking down John Aden, a yellow came out and bunched the field up for the restart. With David in second he drove hard into turn one on the bottom to pass John Aden. David stayed out front and drove his iTi Performance Motorsports/Downing Perfromance Engines Sprinter to victory. iTi Performance Motorsports would like to congratulate David and the entire iTi Performance Motorsports crew on their victory.

Let me be the first to say I am sorry for not putting Downing Perfromance Engines in the release this morning. I was a major oversight on my part and I simply forgot to mention a very important part of our group.
