Mike Henry has made the A-main the last two years and this season I think has the best equipment he's ever had at a Gold Cup so if he gets a good qualifying draw he should be another one to watch. I think our locals are setting up for a good Gold Cup.

I would be thrilled if anybody on that list won the Gold Cup! I have always been rooting for BK to get the GC also. It would be great if he had a magical weekend and took home the gold. Had it not been for and ill timed yellow he probably would have won in 96?(I think it was 96) He had passed Dave Blaney with I believe four laps to go however after he made the pass a caution came out. Dave got his spot back with a clean track and only a few to go and went on to win. I can't wait, 5 weeks from today!

I would happy if any of our CA drivers won or did well at the Gold Cup!
I am looking for tickets in the Grandstand for the last night. Since I am only able to go the last night of Gold Cup it is pretty much impossible to get tickets in the Grandstand so if anyone has one or two they aren't using I would be very interested in purchasing them. No more turn 4 blechers smashed together like sardines for me
Looking forward to the new Golden State King of the
West series schedule!

norcalracing fan, I agree w/ you about TK and JA (and would be happy if they won) but I'd not rule-out the Shark or Tyler. I think either could get it done. The earlier suggestions of Hays, Larson and Henry, now thats "dreaming".
