Bronson Maeschen (2nd car out to time) set quick time at 15.011 seconds. Mark Dobmeier (3rd car out) was second quick, followed by Danny Lasoski (11th), Dusty Zomer (19th), Josh Schneiderman (7th), Travis Cram (9th), Jake Peters (4th), Don Droud Jr. (27th), Skip Jackson (5th) and Calvin Landis (29th). Early timers were typically rewarded, but Zomer, Droud and Landis came out late and did well, a good omen heading towards Nationals.

Brown shot out to an early lead in the 8-lapper. Phillips and VanDenBerg appeared to touch wheels on lap three, with Phillips blowing his right rear and VanDenBerg suffering a flat left rear. Both retired. Brown led W. Johnson, Landis, Peters and Maeschen back to green flag racing. Maeschen and Zomer zoomed by Peters after the restart. Zimmerman got by as well, using the low side of turns one and two, which was the quick way around all night long. When Zimmerman went low in three and four, Peters circled back around him coming for the white flag and grabbed the last transfer.

Logan led throughout. Gharst drove his fourth different car in 2008 at Knoxville and didn't miss a beat, moving from outside the invert to a transfer spot. Schneiderman won a battle for the last spot by getting by Weuve late.

Jackson dominated from start to finish, grabbing the lead early. When Lasoski slid in front of Cram at the halfway point, Cram lost a lot of ground and the final transfer to Moore. He came back to reclaim it two laps later.

Zimmerman checked out from the get-go in the 12-lapper. Ry. Anderson's tough luck continued, as he slowed on the final circuit with a top three finish in sight. VanDenBerg was the benefactor.

Jackson grabbed the early lead in the 20-lapper with some crazy scrambling behind him. Dobmeier and Cram had rough starts in the loose stuff and lost plenty of ground. Jackson tried to circle the lapped car of Weuve around the top of turns one and two on lap eight, but Lasoski had worked his way forward and nailed the bottom side to take the lead for good. Cram exited on lap 11. On lap 15, Dobmeier lost his left rear tire and spun in front of the leader, who evaded. Lasoski led Jackson, Zomer, Landis and a charging W. Johnson with five to go on the restart. Just three more laps were in the book when Zimmerman, Dobmeier and Moore tried to fit three-wide on the backstretch. They failed, with Dobmeier and Moore getting the worst of it and retiring. A two-lap shootout remained with Lasoski ahead of Jackson, Zomer, Landis, W. Johnson and Brown. Brown roared to third in the last two laps, completing a nice run from row six. Alley's bid for a top six ended up in smoke with two to go. Heskin was the hard-charger. Lasoski's 92nd career Knoxville win earned him $3,000.

Agan led flag to flag in the 7-lapper. J. Hall exited on lap five. Beaver moved up well to earn a transfer.

Giannetto wrestled the early lead from Crall. Wimmer slowed on lap four, and Montgomery got into him hard on the backstretch. Both cars were done for the night. Giannetto led Crall, Pinegar, D. Hall and Corken back to green flag racing. All would remain in that order, except for Higday who moved up two spots for fifth.

Garner led throughout. Hockett shot to second at the outset, utilizing the cushion in turns one and two. Moro charged furiously from the tail to third, joining Hockett as the top two point getters in the heats. The heat featured the top three in the point standings entering the night (Moro 1st, Mather 2nd, Bakker 3rd).

Roberts led the duration, while Martin and Mitrisin settled into second and third early. Young grabbed fourth by inches at the line, gaining important position for the B main.

Little rode the low side to wire the field. Selvage used the low side by Houseman Jr. and Ideus into a transfer.

Thompson led the distance in the 8 lapper, depsite a lap six restart for RJ Johnson who stopped on the backstretch. Meyer couldn't find his way past Tiffany for the final transfer despite the restart opportunity.

Robb jumped the right rear of Cornell in turn one at the start and flipped wildly. He was unhurt. Corken was caught up in the incident and retired as well. Once underway, Higday took the lead from row two in the 10 lapper. Bakker asserted himself on the low side from row four and stalked the leaders. He shot under Higday on the final circuit for the win. Cornell put on a show from 10th to 3rd, and Hickle did well to hold down the final transfer in his first career Knoxville visit.

Beaver shot to the point early in the non-stop 15 lapper. Garner got a good start, shooting by Martin and into the top three. On the fifth go-around he slid in front of Beaver in turns one and two to take the lead for good. Giannetto came from row four using the low side to advance to second, but had nothing for Garner. Moro gained fifth when R. Martin slowed coming to the checkers. Bakker was the hard-charger moving up nine spots in the entertaining event. The win was Garner's third career in the 360 class.
