Few years back we bought tickets from a guy who always sits outside the main fence on the main street there in Knoxville, I believe his name was George, but I'm not sure. I realize this is probably a long shot but was wondering if anybody knew how to contact him for tickets to this years Nationals (7 sets hopefully).
Thanks!

No but I have 3 sets on the backstretch. 2 adults and 1 child seat. If you pay face value for the 2 sets of adults, I will give you the kid seat. They can be upgraded to adults. [email protected]

should be plenty left at the track yet also.
Also, for a bit more, you might enjoy the Hall of Fame Clubhouse seating.

Why would you want to support someone who makes it their business to screw race fans? I never buy or sell tickets from/to anyone who's not a race fan.

He's always sold to us (my uncle has bought from him in the past) at face value.
Personally I could care less if he watches the races or not.
Nodust, how much does that seating cost?

The Hall of Fame, Clubhouse seating is double the price of the upper tier seating in the grandstand.
A little pricy, BUT air conditioned and less crowded, also several TV's to watch the replays on.
You can bring your own foor and beverage in as well, saving money there and as in the grandstands, it is a non smoking area.
[email protected] is the contact person.

Go to Knoxvilles website, you can see the seating chart and what exactly is still available. Last I checked there were some pretty good seats.

Go to the "Buy tickets Online" section and it will give you a colored chart of what is still available

We've looked on the website and can't find seven unobstructed view seats row 30 or above in the middle few sections of the frontstretch grandstands.

So why not look a little further down the straight...or get 4 in one row, 4 in the other.
Section A has seats in row 35. 34......
Either that, or you're really picky about your options......but its your money, so you can pick what you want.....

After 25 years, I have decided not to go this year. I have 4 tickets for all 4 nights that I would like to sell. Top row Section C. Face value.

He may be selling to you at face value but I'll gaurantee he didn't pay face value for them...therefore he is screwing the race fan who gave up the tickets.

Or being compensated for his time sitting there, acting as a facilitator in the transaction between the original ticket holder and the new ticket buyer. Capitalism..... It's the American way.

If he is the guy the original poster was asking about, I think I know who you mean. He used to be the superintendent of schools in Ellsworth Minnesota. I'd start there. He might still be the superintendent. At least, you would be able to find his name and then get his home phone number.
