Nice drive by TK in this first race (since the 10) in the Roth 83jr. Passed Walker on the high side in traffic. Chicoan Brad Bumgarner was 3rd and Mike Henry 4th. Welcome back, TK! They (TK-83jr) announced they will run the rest of the July races in California before heading east.
Never saw so many reds and yellows in one 30 lap race. 7 red flags and 3 yellows. It took 1hr 7 min. for the race according to MyLaps! Couldn't get more than 3-4 laps in without a stoppage (after the B Main that went green the whole way!) You had to know the track was going to be challenging when holes developed in Turns 1 and 4 during hot laps. It was! Mark Hall flipped twice, BK flipped twice. Started 22 cars and by lap 11 there were only 16 left running. 12 cars actually finished all 30 laps. Had a closed red for fuel/tearoffs.
Good for TK's first race back but not a great race overall.

There was nothing but CHEER'S the crowd loved it!!! It was a really good race between Tyler and Tim!! Good to see him back racing.
