David - Jared Hicks in the Pro Stock #82.

Leland Hicks runs the #24 champ sprint. and even then - some dude names Lightfoot Hawkins runs that sometime. both Leland and Jared Hicks are from El Reno - but I do not believe are relation. those 2 and modified #27 Travis Gorbet are the only 3 active racers from El Reno - although there is a factory stock driver at Lawton last name Johnson - that is listed from El Reno. never seen him race anywhere else though - just Lawton. and thats it from the Canadian County Seat.
