Gonna be making the trip to Lawrenceburg for the Thursday Sprint Week show. How's the new track? Best place to sit, arrival time to get good seats and expected car count?? Thanks

I'm also looking forward to checking out the USAC Sprints at Lawrenceburg on July 10. Should be a great show. Would be great to see 50 cars. I've heard the new track is state of the art.

I've had the pleasure of seeing Indiana Sprint Speedweek"s" twice in the last 6 years, and all of the tracks I got to had a great show, and anywhere from 40 to almost 70 cars at each track. Lawrenceburg by far was the track with the most "character". Seeing a 2 ft plus cushion in the 1st/2nd turns was a cowboy up track to me. I found that just about anyplace in the grandstands was a great seat (lower down in the stands, or turns if you like to feel your racing too). WWWIndianaOpenWheel.Com had had some posts that I've seen that rave about the track, and stands recently, so enjoy yourself! BTW I got there early so that I could pick out where to sit, and chat it up with the Sprint Week fans.
