Might be Greg Coverdell from last year or the year before. I think it was at Bridgeport in NY, maybe Canadaigua?

Chilly is correct. That's Greg Coverdale at B-Port competing with the URC, the oldest traveling sprint car series in the country.

It doesn't appear that the four folks in the background are looking at what's getting ready to fly by them. Seems like they are looking the other way... hope nobody got hurt.
