Just a little update on my motor soap-opra (sp?) for all of you cheeseheads out there. I'm getting the block from the machine shop today, so now I just need to buy some pistons and valves. Hopefully it won't be too much longer as I really want to get out there and run. It really sucked sitting up in the stands watching the racing on the awesome track we had last week. I hope its like that again tonight.

I don't have any money to donate. Just have a question or suggetion for your motor program bud. You guys have done it a long time so take this any way you want. I would think you'd need to machine your block to your pistons. How do you know that the tolerances are gonna be correct? Think about it now before you go off on me. We had one too tight one time because it didn't get machined right the first time. Only a couple of cylinders though. Motor ran hot and even scarred those two cylinders.
Maybe something to think about or not for ya. I don't know but don't that sound logical?

That wasn't meant to try to get money from anyone. This was more for my friends and fans (all 3 of them haha) on this.board. My sig is also more of an inside joke than anything. The pistons will be right. The block is 30 over, which is what size we'll order the pistons to be. Every part we recieve we check to make sure that everything is right with it (amazing conception). These motor problems have been my fault, but neither have had anything to do with the way the motor itself was built and or machined. They are things that I have had to learn the hard way. You can't afford to race for as long as my family has without measuring tolerances.

I wasn't up there for the past couple of weekly shows, but the track seemed pretty good tonight. It would have been great for the ASCS show.
