.....and a few miles away the Posse is 0 for 13 against the Outlaws at Grandview and have 1 win against the Outlaws at Port Royal in the last three decades. Hmmmm, doncha love stats, Take It Easy......
PS With all the big dogs and a half dozen or so other Posse members they are 0 for 19 at Volusia since '06, man they sure are one track wonders, over-rated comes to mind......

...and Donny Schatz required more engines to get through the last Outlaw race in PA then the average PA team needs to run a 75 race season. Nothing like using $150K+ in engines to bring home that $5K 2nd place prize
But seriously, this is the best chance the All-Stars have to win in PA, mainly because their runaway points leader is strong at both places, but also because it seems the economic problems are really hitting the local teams hard. You have guys missing races and teams taking breaks left and right due to the increased costs. It is a time trial show though, so I'll take the Cappetta engines in the 71 and 89.

I guess I am really confused. You just got done slamming the all-stars, then quote one of them after a win in Charlotte. Isn't Lance Dewease an all-star? I find it funny that once a guy from PA hits the road, he remains posse, yet when the likes of Lasoski and such leave Knoxville he is no longer a local. It is amazing how you can spin the topic no matter how it relates to guys from PA.

Who slammed them?
And I don't recall Lance stating in victory lane that he claimed the win as an All Star? Lance went on the road, and he said he's Posse....get a grip pal!
Vores also stated that Hodnett was a top team? Was he talking about last year?
See ya at the track tonight!

You have to understand why we in PA are confused though. Lance has run 9 All-Star Sanctioned races this year. He's run 18 Non-Sanctioned Local PA races in the same time period. He than talked about being from PA on national television while racing in NC. He obviously feels the best way to stay on top of his game for an All-Star title is by running in PA when the All-Stars aren't running.
It's also note worthy that his winning % is 11.1% in All-Star races, 14.3% in WoO races, and 0% in Non-Sanctioned PA races.

Cody Darrah was the Kistler Engines Fast Qualifier for the night with a

young age.
Heats for were won by Dale Blaney, Cory Haas, Mark
Smith, and Ryan Bohlke. Brian Leppo won the B-main. The All Star Dash
was won by Dale Blaney.

Another person taking 3 peoples words and categorizing an entire region. Didn't go this week, but the results look perfect to me. PA takes 9 of top 10(or all 10), with Dewease getting a great finish and extending his point lead before Ohio speedweek. Hopefully they get Lincoln in tonight, the weather looks questionable.

If you place Dewease as posse, you wouldn't know this was an ASCOC race. I'd say once again the PA guys are hard to beat on the porch. Was it a misprint that this race only paid $4000 to win? I thought all ASCOC races paid at least 5K to win? One other race I noticed was either the MO or AR race pays only $3000 to win? What's up with that?

This was $5000 to win. The first race that rained out was supposed to be $4000. The one in MO is $3000. Talk to the promoters as to why this is. We have to make a decision between a reduced purse or not booking the race. I won't get into the politics of it all here. Not my department.

Glad to see you in the VIP last night Swamp! I'll see you @ the Big "E", unless weather diverts me away from the other Saturday night track tonight.
We need to get Nodust in a Rahmer shirt for Knoxville....

Not looking too promising for tonight, Smitty. I have my fingers crossed, but it looks like Mother Nature tracked me down. It was good seeing you all again. We're having lunch w/ Skinner today. I don't care what anyone says - you Posse fans are okay! LOL

Sorry about that, I didn't realize the purse changed. The 3k race in MO surprises me, that's almost half of the normal ASCOC purse. I wonder if we'll see more of that with all promoters as the economy gets worse? On the results page here, weekly shows seem to be drawing good car counts just about everywhere. For the sport that might be a good thing in the long run.

Where was Greg Wilson, Lee Stark, Brock Mayes tonight. It doesn't look like some ohio drivers didn't race the all-star race last night. Thought that was kinda odd.
