why was the #70 in the e-mods black flagged?????on 06-07-08

i thought the flag man threw a black flag not a staff worker who is working the corners in turns 3 & 4.... there was alot of caos goin on and no one knew

I do not remember. If the cornerman gave him the black flag, it was at the direction of the flagman. This is probably a good time to point out that a black flag does not always mean you are disqualified. It could mean that a car has an equipment problem, and should go to the "hot pits". One of the officials in the "hot pit area" should have been able to explain the black flag, if asked.

My "off-the-cuff" answer would be rough driving, if there was not sheet metal loose, or an equiment problem, since that is the most common reason, but I could be wrong.

Congrats to Andy Evans on a good finish. I don't know if he ever gets on here, but that's a good strong run.
