We are having a benefit for our friend and Olive Branch Fireman Joshua Howard. The benefit will be held on July 20, 2008 from 2 p.m. till 8 p.m. at the Olive Branch Shrine Club in Olive Branch, MS (old Goodman) and WE NEED YOUR HELP!
On October 25, 2007, Joshua was in a sprint car accident at the Short Track Nationals in Little Rock, AR which left him paralyzed from the neck down. Today, we are glad to say that in spite of what doctors have said, Joshua is steadily impoving and is able to move all parts of his body. However, to keep his progress going he needs at least three hours a day of extensive physical therapy sessions at $100 an hour.
Joshua is 22 years old and the youngest of three boys, brothers Dale and Jan. He lives in Byhalia, MS with his parents. The Howard Family has and is accumulating a sizable debt. To help alleviate these growing medical nexpenses and to allow Joshua to focus on being able to walk again, a benefit is being held for the Howard family.
We are writing today in hopes of obtaining donated items and/or services that can be used as prizes for raffles in order to raise monies for the Howard family. We will have a live auction, silent auction, live bands and catfish plates will be sold.
We you like to thank you in advance for your wonderful gift. Your generosity and support will bring great comfort to the Howard Family during these trying times.
If you prefer to offer a monetary donation, please make all checks or money orders payable to:
