just wanted to let everyone know, we have found a recipient for this years knoxvillebound trip, his name is chase gassett, he is just 6 years old and was dianosed with leukemia in march of 06, and has been going thru chemo for the last two years, and still has 14 months left,chase and his family will be traveling to the world finals in charlotte this year,in conjuction with the world of outlaws, this will be one hell of a trip, this being one of the outlaws sanctioned events,and with the help of jennifer newlin,director of merchandise with the outlaws,they will really be able to focuse on the family having a good time,if anyone would like to attend the event, or donate, you can contact me at the shop,530-342-1328, or [email protected],the event will be held july 12th starting 5:30, any, and all help is greatly appreciated!

Would you be able to post a picture so we get to know this young man. And perhaps a little Bio on him so we can all offer our personlized words of encouragement. This might be fun to do in a new thread as a "tribute" thread ?
I for one think these children are heros, such a heavy burden at such a young age,And yet they handle it with such dignity and class far above their years.
