I'm switching my car over to 3 link and was wondering what springs everyone is running at lawton? Thanks ahead of time.

I always ran 175 on lr and 150 on rr. Will really depend on what you and the car like but that should be close. What set-up are you running now?

multi leafs, they were running it as a e-mod. probable why i'm always in your way, or maybe i'm just slow lol . are you running a spring pull bar or a bicuit bar?

Im running a spring bar. Its an afco 2-way. Im also on 4-link though. You have not been in my way. I have not ran this year. lol
