i believe Gary has quit racing. Buddy of mine is related to him in some way and thinks he remember Gary saying he wasnt racing anymore but not for sure.

Nope and really sure it wasn't my dad. I could have sworn, however, that he mentioned something about Taft or something or another but I doubt it. Have to remember to ask him.
You might be seeing me in the media as I think I might do pretty well in those tornadoes down in Ardmore. And I will be available to autographs after the races.

Gary said he officially "retired"...I don't think he has any plans to come back in the future as of now.

Gary hasn't retired, he's just not racing at the city. I talked to him Friday and he's putting a modified together and is goin to run some select big shows around the area.

Thats too bad because he was awful fun to watch in a sprinter.
Think anyone will get that ride or will it just be Decker. I haven't made it up there for a weekly show this year yet so I might be out of the loop.

Thats a shame I got to see his dad and grandfather race.Sure would like to see him race too !!

I should have clarified...he isn't running anymore sprinters or weekly at SFS.
He may run a modified for Billy Turner...we'll see.
