He's from Cali. either runs with the BCRA or USAC Western midgets. He put on a show along with Tyler Brown in the early features on Sat. last year.
This is copied from last year's Sat. night results.
"Bryan Gard, Joe Walker and Tyler Brown were the day's early stars, each advancing through a number of Feature events. Gard and Walker both competed in six features, climbing from K Main competition until running out of steam in the F Features, where Wayne Johnson picked up the Alphabet charge."

In years past, he has had an old Beast with an ancient Gearte and has had some good runs. This year he's got the "good stuff", a Spike/MOPAR.

Win - Kruseman - always tough with good luck will be even tougher
Dark Horse - Donnie Ray Crawford - damn nice Kunz ride might help and was hot in this year's Shootout = track experience
One to watch - Daron Clayton - should be exciting as usual - if he doesn't win it he could set a new Chili Bowl flip altitude record
