Jason Myers' banzai drive into turn one, from fourth to second before turn two, at the start of his heat race was worth the entire price of admission last night. He looked like he had been shot out of a cannon and it was all he could do to keep the shiny side up as he passed the two cars. (Sorry, I don't remember who the two were.) But it was definitely driving on the edge and fun to watch.

In the feature, from about the 5th lap on or so, Hansen was never far from Kuhn's tail and got beside him several times, raced him clean but couldn't quite get past. Jason was never far behind and bicycled in turn one so many times, trying to catch them, that I lost count. Again, driving right on the edge.

Jason, in the interview, said he had fun. He sure was fun to watch, from hot laps to the last lap.
