New York, NY, 3/14/08 – Weeks 5 and 6 saw former Champion Jake Peters get his first 2 wins of the season in the 360's and take the points lead from Josh Higday. Calvin Landis survived an exciting fuel mileage duel with Dusty Zomer to get his first win of the season. Zomer charged toward the front in both of the 410 Championship Cup races and was victorious in Week 6. The Masters Classic was also part of the action on week 5. AJ Weaver drove through the pack early and survived a very aggressive late challenge by Kenny Jacobs to get his first Masters Classic victory.

Remember every Thursday evening, 2 new weeks of racing from both 2007 divisions will be uploaded to the servers to stream, on-demand, to you. So throughout March and April you will get 4 races per week from the '07 season to view as we get ready to bring you the entire 2008 Knoxville season of highlights.

The Masters Classic is a cool event. Some of those guys are just as aggressive as they were 20yrs ago. For example: Roger Ragar drives like each lap like it is for the checkered of his first race. Jacobs was driving right up on to the tail tank of lappers. Great race!
