It hasn't rained since 4:30, but we've had no wind and we have a heavy due. After getting the track packed and holding a drivers meeting, it was decided that the race track was just going to rut up and they called it at 8:30. They didn't want to tear up a bunch of race cars, so....
Tomorrow at 3:30, we will race and PAY the FULL PURSE as advertised on a ONE DAY SHOW. The format will be altered to save time though. Grandstand is still $10. All tickets sold tonight will be good tomorrow. Tomorrow's pit pass will go up to $30 and the entry fee for all classes is still $40.
There were 58 Modifieds here tonight. Some great names too like Peyton Taylor from Batesville, Hunter Rasdon from Jonesboro, AR, Josh Hughes from Missouri, 15-year Tyler Townsend from Longview, Keith Craft from Arkadelphia, Stormy Derryberry from Monticello, Shane and Danny Hebert from down south, former ASCS racer Steven Chaevalier, Duke Whiseant, Jon Mitchell and many more.
All the locals too like Henigan, Burford, Robertson, both Robinsons, both Armstrongs, Timothy Culp, etc.
It's going to be a great show tomorrow so be here, 3:30!!!
Also, 52 Sport Mods, 29 Factory Stocks and 17 Southern Stocks. We will get even more tomorrow I'm sure.
Last I heard, one heluva party was breaking out in the pits!
