Read that Ripper is out with a broken foot. What happened to him? I get into Phoenix at 3:40 Saturday and will be out there as soon as I can get my rental! What hosers are going too???? Can't wait.....

If you can go to Raceway Video.com you can see Rip's accident on Friday nights clip, it shows all. The Ripper climbed over R.J. Johnson's right rear, went sideways and flipped in front of Danny Sheriden. Danny had nowhere to go but to hit him. Get well soon Rip, I was hoping you would take the USAC/CRA championship this year.

Bummer. Looks like RJ had to let off the go pedel after the wheelie and Ripper had nowhere to go. Selfishly I'm bummed I won't get to see Rip race but I hope he gets better so I can see him some other time. Will this entry list grow? I'm not dissapointed in 90 race cars but I was hoping to at least see a full field in the Silver Crown cars since I have never seen them on dirt. If you a guy in a red Cedar Lake Speedway jacket flag me down and say hello.
