info from dirtvision.com

The World of Outlaw Sprint Cars had 46 800 & 900 hp 410s at Volusia tonight (Friday, February 8th)! Lots of Pennsylvania cars on hand too.

The Crowdpleaser, Craig Dollansky from Minnesota pulled of the win with defending champion Donnie Schatz in Tony Stewart's #15 getting second. Coming from 15th spot to finish 3rd was Iowa's Terry McCarl while Pennsylvania's Lance Dewease came from the B main to get fourth and take the hardcharger award. California's Jason Myers rounded out the top five.

Chad Layton (sp?) was sixth with Joey Saldana in Kasey Kahne's Budweiser #9 was seventh. Ohio's Chad Kenemah, Oklahoma's Daryn Pitman and Californian Tim Kaeding completed the top ten. (unofficially)

Steve Kinser was running fourth but an ignition box took him out. Kraig Kinser had a flip in the Tony Stewart #20. He was not injured.

We know Louisiana's Jason Johnson is going to join these guys at Pike so make your plans to be in Magnolia, Mississippi next Saturday! We're straight down I-55. If you reach Louisiana you went too far. Turn around, cross back into Mississippi, go eight miles and you'l see Pike County Speedway. You don't want to miss it!!!!

From Saturday night's WoO action from VSP...

Listening to WoO from Volusia now (Sat night, Feb 9th) on Dirtvision.com. Tim Kaeding is in the lead with Jason Myers, 2nd, Donnie Schatz, 3rd, Joey Saldana, 4th and Craig Dollansky fifth.

Lance Dewease just got out of shape and in the dodging behind him, Texan Sam Hafertepe junior made contact with Steve Kinser with Kinser spinning out for a caution.

Restart and Myers takes the lead, Schatz now 2nd...

Schatz took the lead but a few laps later. Myers took it back. Saldana challenging Schatz and Jeff Sheppard moves into to the top five.

19 down, 11 to go, caution for Kraig Kinser. Not a good couple of nights for the Kinser family, is it?

Restart with Myers, Scahtz, Sandana, Kaeding, Sheppard, Dollansky, Jac Haudenschild and Hafertepe are the top 8.

Myers holds off Schatz for a great win! At least 4 lead changes in this one. Saldana, 3rd, Sheppard gets 4th and Dollansky, 5th.

One week from tonight is Pike County's WoO show & I can't wait. My first race of the year!!! Usually, I've seen the Ice Bowl, Chili Bowl, Big Chill or Fast 50 by now, but not this year.

Checking in on tonight's (Sunday night's) action from VSP on Dirtvision.com now as I type...
