Since we r all men on here....(so I tell myself). You have such an opinoin of racecar drivers and critise owners and drivers! What the hell is your real freakin name and what do you do in the racing community? Besides drink beer in the stands and tell your buds how easy it is?

Wow! The Villian is such a classy representation of the Oklahoma City racing community. Hopefully, he'll soon pass sixth grade spelling.

For most of us, time, location and finances were the biggest obstacles to overcome. I did get to do a few turns at a wheel years ago but it bothered me that i didn't have anything in my bank account to pay for the damage should something happen. Also i live 100 miles from any sprint car track.

These days i feel too old to go into such an enterprise, yet there is one thing i would do--If the 100" wingless supers were still running, i would only have one truck and a race car instead of 10-15 project cars and a house nearly paid for.

You've had the right oppurtunities to start, and to keep going. Thank your lucky stars.

where in the hell am I saying I know everything bout racin? or where did I ever say how it all is? What the hell are you really implying - that no one up in the stands should think a damn thing bout what they are seeing with their own eyes? And that they have no right to enjoy sharing opinions bout racin? Why don't you march you're Lash Laroux sideburns lookin ass up in the stands and let everyone up there know exactly how much you value their presence. If this is a forum for anyone associated with racing EXCEPT fans to sit around and give each other back rubs - then maybe David should clarify.......... otherwise you should take note that their's more than 1 person in here who has never driven a race car - and quit runnin your f-n mouth about it. In any sport there are fans watching who also like to discuss it - just cause they talk about it don't mean they think they know everything about it.............you're sittin there puttin you're own spin on anything I'm saying/have said. If I knew everything about racin' - then I wouldn;t have purpose for talkin with folks or readin posts on this forum to listen to all the news, happenings, and general race talk would I? Hope that crow tastes good................

what do you do on the comp besides talk shit? Someone posts they have a car for sale - you talk shit. someone gives an opinion on a tire rule - you talk shit. someone even cracks a joke or 2 - you talk shit. Other drivers, their wives, their cars, and even a legendary veteran of the sport - you talk shit. And you really want to criticize me for giving opinions? At least I’m here to talk racing (for the most part) or whatever else - RESPECTFULLY - seems you are here just to talk shit like a punk and embarASS yourself. Most dismiss it as "oh thats just Larry" and ignore the fact that you are consistently assaulting the very intent what a race forum is supposed to be. If indeed the intent of this forum is still to share opinions between fans, drivers, owners, track workers, even wing and engine builders. Although I admit to being entertained by the posts that aren't disrespectful towards anyone in particular. But if you continue to target peeps who it's not profitable to be respectful towards - you're gonna end up biting off a whole lot more than you can chew................you'll get done the same way you try to do others. On the flip side of that - if you treat people with respect I'm pretty sure they will return that as well.

I’m fairly sure I rarely criticize drivers - and even less car owners. And if I ever have - I've damn sure tried to keep respectful and just from a point of view. And damn sure try to keep from ever saying anything personal. I have tremendous respect for ALL involved in racing and think that every person in attendance makes their own equal contribution. There may be some drivers I don’t like - maybe even you - but I appreciate the presence, hard work, and commitment that goes in to each car at the track - and track workers - and dare I say - even promoters (even Lanny believe it or not). I've always felt there is much more work into the show that what I - or most all of us - will ever fully understand. Its all needed for a great race event. I can't think of anyone associated with racing that I don't respect - both their abilities or personally. They ain't ever disrespected me - so.......... As for my background in racing. ? I’m just a fan - no different than the rest at ANY race track. I guess that may bother you because you have so few? To elaborate I would be a 4th generation dirt track fan - with my 8 yr. old nephew comin right along as the 5th generation. I’m a fan of racing just the same as you’re a fan of any sport you don’t actually play (like football for instance). The notion you keep dancing around that drivers or others involved with the show - are superior to fans is both totally baseless and pathetic. Fans, drivers, and owners are all indispensable - as sprint car racing doesn’t prosper or survive without any of em. Contributions? Outside the track - spreading the word contributes. And racing forums play their part as well. But between talking racing or talking foolish shit - which is a better contribution to racing? If you care so much about dirt track racing and regard your own contributions to it so highly - maybe you should back it up and consider reppin it better….....because you're doing it an extreme disservice and insulting all fans of any sport who like to discuss it - so in effect - insulting yourself at the same time.

I don't know what you are reading - but I don't think racing is easy - I don't think any sport is easy. In fact, I'm sure it's much harder than I can imagine. as for who I am - for good reason I'll oblige you there....... My name is Cody Morris. I’m 25 years old. I live and work in El Reno. And my # is 295-1422.

My apologies for ramblin crap on the forum again - but figure if someone wants to dish it out - surely they can take it as well. I ain't gonna be told I have no right to share my opinions by someone who obviously wouldn;t know a respectful one if it hit him head on. if nothing else - it's already given 250 people somethin to read...............

"Those who sacrifice liberty for temporary security deserve neither - and will lose both" Benjamin Franklin

Obama 2008

Maybe you should take another look at your political thoughts. Obama voted for the Patriot Act and that does nothing but "sacrifice liberty for temporary security!"

I'm assuming that fans are supposed to just sit in the stands, drink beer and not have an opinion? I have no idea what OKCFan said to tick Larry off, nor do I care. Since he's a frequent poster on this site, and posts results often, I'm going to assume that he does play a part in the racing community by paying his money to get into the track and watch you guys run. If you guys don't consider fans who pay money to support and watch you guys race as part of the racing community, then what are fans exactly? Also if you don't want to hear crap from ANYBODY, then get out of the public eye and lock yourself in your house. Not everybody is perfect and people are entitled to their opinions. If they want to speak their opinions, then so be it. On a side note, if you were a real man, you would know how to speak in a manner without dropping f-bombs.

It was a post he had on hoseheads about black wheels. It was nothing and he is right racing needs spectators it just wears me out that alot of the guys in the stands think they know drivers or owners. For the record.....I love the little racefans who really just enjoy the car colors and the racing but I would run my car in a field againts other guys just to win and feel the rush. When I strap in I have no idea if there are 5 fans or 50,000 in the stands.

I also appologise if anything is misspelled on this or any post!

LOVE YA'LL!!!!!!!

Hells bells Villan, OKC is trying to put Black Wheels in the White House.

But that don't mean He's not a Race fan, and after all that's what this site is for. A place where the Fans and Racers can meet.

Just becuase, unlike us he's never strapped in doesn't mean he can't have an opinion. There are many great Racing Reporters that never had the balls to strap their Ass into a 2' x 3' space and Drive it like you stole it.

By the way Kids, there is a huge difference between "Strapped In" and "Strapped On". Stay away from the later, it could be a Pain in the Ass.
