We all know that it is the crowd that makes the difference in getting these shows on the schedule for future years so I am curious what the crowd count was.
As an aside, I hope that they continue to try races at North Florida. It has been confined to East Bay and Volusia, and it would be great to get another track hosting races. Obviously it would be great to see them move to the week after the Outlaws at Volusia, but it is still very exciting to see another track hosting a sprint event.

The crowd at North Florida was ok on Friday night and was a full house on Saturday night. I thought NFS put on a good show for it being there first 410 sprint show.

Hey pushin...not sure what track you were at, but Friday was about 300 - 350 people and Sat was maybe double that (at most). The racing was good all nite Friday and pretty good on Saturday. They could probably do better if this stays a regular scheduled race. Each year could grow.

what did that all-star race pay? I hope not 10k - b/c if thats all the crowd they had they probably lost a lot more than that - of course I guess thats where sanctioning fees comes in. but then its the promoter losing. surely there was more at No. Florida....... maybe?
I wonder about east bay - b/c in the past it hardly looked like much a crowd there - but yet they are still able to hold the race every year and pay 10k to win. so maybe there a lot more there than appears? what was the crowd like at East Bay this year?
How much would could a wouldchuck chuck if a

My opinion??? I was sitting in the stands...and it was not a full house on Sat. by any stretch. Maybe someone else can chime in here on the subject.

East Bay crowd was the best in "King of the 360's" event history, so all was good in Tampa.

Im basing this on typical NFS crowds...not trying to start an argument. For the speedway, Saturday night was a very good crowd.....have a good one.

When the Wednesday practice crowd at East Bay was almost as good as past preliminary nights, i knew things were going to be good.
Thursday and Friday had solid crowds (stands 1/2 to 2/3 full) and Saturday was just remarkable. I'm talking 80% or more full. You had to get there early to get a solid seat.
Very well done by East Bay all week...

Who cares how big the crowd was. I am going to see a sprint car race not the crowd size. It is like the old high school line "Well who's gonna be there" to decide whether to go.
Now what I would be interested in is what the track has been like or the weather.
See you on Friday!!

Hey all of you that were there should consider yourselves fortunate to see some great racing. Those of us in the midwest seem to be making Mother Nature awful angry for some reason these days. We have to wait another month for our racing season(s) to start up. Heck with the counting of heads in the grandstand. As long as the track is fast and the pits are full, that is all that should matter.
WHY ARE WE HERE? BECAUSE WE'RE HERE. ROLL THE BONES.-

Rush - sounds like you need a little more global warming to get the "earth balance" dialed in out that way!
