Has any one heard if the lot in front of the building is Free parking, or have they made it reserved parking again this year.

Oh I'm sure it will probably be pay parking....
Word from the wise...
Park in the NW area behind the building, there is a little known entrance into the trade show area on the West end of the building. It is often a closer walk than parking out front. Plus it's easier to get out.
