It's just too bad that they had to schedule this race against the King of the 360 race in Tampa the same weekend. I know a few of the All-star guys have run the 360 race in the past. It will split the field a little and also make a few fans have to decide where to go. Good luck to both sanctions I guess.

The intent was to have MORE points races for our guys in 2008, give them another opportunity to make some money on their trip to Florida, and pick up tow money at two tracks instead of just one. It is unfortunate that the 360's race the same night, but in an effort to make things better for our teams traveling to Florida we took the dates that were available to us. We are excited about going to North Florida Speedway and I hope plenty of 410 sprint fans find their way over there to see the All Stars, Posse, and World of Outlaw teams competing.

While North Florida is a 200 mile trip versus less than 10 miles to East Bay I'm planning on going to the All Star show rather than risk a cancelled show at East Bay. Back in the day East Bay was a helluva good race track but unfortunately no longer. They have cheated the racers and fans too many times. They used to host the All Stars until the present owners threw them out. The East Bay Country Club has folded it's tent and gone home until a new ownership happens.

Offie - we'll be happy to see you! Look me up and say hello. I enjoy meeting fellow Hosers at the track. Should be a great weekend if the weather cooperates!!!
