what way can one go about gettin heat lineups for all 4 qualifying nights?

aside from going over into the turn 3 grandstand and copying it off the board - or buying a program every day? last year I got a program on - wednesday I think it was - but it just had an entry list. I would think surely there is a much easier and better way to get a heat lineup sheet.........

I mean if puch comes to shoe I'll go write it down - but surely there is a consistently better way - then the chalkboard or knowing those with access....................

any and all answers very welcome.

OKC,

I will try to help you with this one. Since the drivers draw for their starting positions, it is really late when the lineup's are made up and there really is no time for anyone to make up copies of the lineups to distribute. I don't remember seeing the scoreboard in turn two during the shootout, but if they do have it this year, I will make the suggestion that they get the lineups on there for people to copy as soon as they can. Please look me up when you get down there and introduce yourself. Thanks.

Last year I would go into the press/vip office before each heat races and features and get a copy. You have to fight for them but you can get one that away.

From what I've been told the scoreboard will be in turn 2 and I think they may have another one this year but I'm not totally sure about that.

thats cool - but I was actually talkin about the chalkboard that sits off of turn 3 in the pits - kinda near where the cars go down the ramp onto the track. If one gets there early enough you can just go to the upper part pf the west grandstand and copy it. but thank all of you for the info anyhow. I can understand about the heat lineups because of the lateness of the draw. makes sense. I'll just try to get there early and hope I can get heat lineups off the chalkboard. yeah I did notice there was only a lapboard in turn 1 for the shootout...........will that be the case for the Bowl or will they bring in the big screen?
