i bought my kid a real guitar for christmas. a mini Fender, like Sambora or Clapton play. not Guitar "Hero". what was i thinking?
also, what is wrong with my dumb-ass? i won't watch American "IDLE". i haven't been to a NAPCAR race since 2000. i've probably been to 100 sprint car races since then. i really enjoy dirt in my beer! i don't believe in Global Warming either. the last concert i went to was Tesla. boy, i probably missed Justin Timberlake or Puff Daddy or Christine Aguilera or Beyonce. what a shame.
i think I-Pods are for geeks. i would love to t-bone someone who drives obliviously around with a cell-phone jammed to their ear.
i guess i'm just not in the "in-crowd". boo-hoo. and to anyone who is in the "in-crowd or wants to be, What the hell is wrong with you?
btw, Merry Christmas!!!!! can't wait for some more dirt in my beers!

I'm in the in-crowd. That would be the sprint car crowd. Todays musical artists leave much to be desired. I have never seen the above mentioned even play a musical instrument!!! Do they even know how???? Yeah, this whole guitar hero is BS. I learned how to play a real instrument not some pretend video game. People with a cell, or ipod stuffed in their ears are outta touch with their surroudings in my books. NAPCAR, haven't been since '92. Knoxville Nats, been goin' since '95. ROCK ON!!!
Knoxville Natioanls attendee since '95
Favorite Tracks...River Cities, Knoxville, Cedar Lake
Favorite Drivers...S.Kinser, T.Kaeding, K.Madsen, S.Smith

Actually, a guitar has a hollow body. Those things you're talking about are $5 blocks of wood with strings bolted on, attached to $500 worth of electronics.
At least keyboard players have the good grace not to call those things pianos.
What does this have to do with sprint racing?
Dick.

Don't worry about missing those concerts. Just put in a CD. They all just lip sync now-days anyhow.

don't worry, i'm pretty sure i'll never purchase a Justin Timberlake or Beyonce ticket. the next concert i'm going to is Queensryche and the next race i'm going to is April 19th at the Dodge County Fairgrounds.
