Thanks to all of the teams that supported this event, and we'll try again another time!

Right when I posted it. Talin texted me at 4:30...tornado watch box now up in the Metroplex and north. Ennis is just south of that box.

The forecasted first wave didn't materialize but the big cell that wreaked havoc from Wichita Falls through Ft Worth, Dallas and eventually the Ennis area did around midnight.
I was tracking that cell for KSP (for about 7 hours) at the same time and keeping Bo updated as it zigged, and zagged, sped up, slowed down...it was crazy. But KSP was able to get in just prior to it going through their area.
And equally bizarre was how much lightning there was over the entire Metroplex area in advance of that cell - but it wasn't raining. I'm about 50 miles from KSP and kept seeing lightning...and not a thing on the radar. Just 30 miles NW there was at least one tornado with 135mph winds.
Bo kept contacting me about 'lightning to the east' yet the storm was moving in from the NW.
Truly one of the more odd set of weather conditions - especially with it being just a 20% chance of storms.
