Some casual observations about a somewhat quiet race, especially the last 2/3 of it.

*Hi-Limit racers took all one of the top one positions in the A feature

*The top 5 finishes included a Hi-Limit driver, a WoO driver, an Outlaw driver, a PA Posse driver (I know), and a local driver.

* Last week's newsmakers didn't get a chance to bonk together as Kofoid finished 8th in the A feature, Courtney finished somewhere in the B.

*Rico finished a solid 14th in the A feature. Schatz, without Ricky Warner or Tony Stewart finished 9th.

*Former WoO champion Brad Sweet continues his winning ways in a side gig.

*Multi-time Knoxville point champion Brian Brown begins his pursuit of winning the 2026 Knoxville Nationals from his 21st place finish last night.

*Small tracks tend to produce more racing excitement than big tracks.

* There's something to be said about a race won from the pole , but not a lot.

*Some folks will take the above notes wayyyy too seriously.

Over 60+ cars is great. The race wasnt that exciting after the last couple of shows. We like it when the best of thr best race together but only 24 teams get most of the purse. Alot of good cars in c&b that when both series run at same date many of those would make the A. The winners are the fans as the cheapest thing in racing is admission

What is the root cause of the bad blood between these two is it the on track bonking or the off track bonking?
