Im looking to update my driveline over the winter , I was curious if the ball spline is worth its cost? what the pro's and con's are to this item , Ive been using the traditional internal coupler with a ASCS 360 for some time now, Im possibly, going to run some 410 shows also next season , any input from you guys familiar with the (ball splined coupler/shaft) is well appreciated , happy holidays!

i am just totally guessing here but it seems to me that the ball spine would help in squaring the rear and helping to keep any type of binding at a minimum. but then again maybe not cause the torque tube would still be bolted solid to the rear. maybe just help to keep driveline bind at a minimum since it would let the driveline pivot some at the rear. give me enough tries and i can come up with something that sounds good. lol.

Stick with what you have for now. The swivel spline is not worth it because it is high maintenance and costly. Many teams are starting to get away from it.

thanks for the info, It seems some companys come up with something to sell that is different, look at cola companies? (remember clear cola!) how cool, tastes like cola but clear! how much of that sh#% did I buy? and just how many different can colors and graphics can we come up with? , its funney , but true, the human eye will attracked to something! "if we just get your attention for a second, you might buy it" alot of people need the latest, even if it is a piece, I belive, if you need flex in that portion of the driveline isnt something possibly wrong anyway ? I guess ill quit jacking the car up by the tube !lol thanks fellas !

I think it did what it was supposed to do, which is take care of drive shaft whip. It is just to much of a pain in the ass to maintain, plus it is expensive. They are starting to come out with stiff enough large diameter drive shafts that they won't flex to begin with.

drive shaft flex! , just the thought of that sends chills up my spine ,eww grose! Ive heard the pecentage of deflection (flex)a top fuel/funney car crankshaft makes on a average run, its enuff to make me wanna puke ! its like "theres no crying in baseball" its pretty strange what modern alloys will do under stress/load , thats why, sprint drivers, do! have the biggest balls!
