A couple guys had mentioned the 1a situation. Let's say that you own a traveling 410 sprint car team, and that you get to decide what makes it succesfull or not. One day, you make a big change, something like motors, shocks, or.... the driver. After 3 races, you decide that you made the wrong decision. Do you continue down the wrong road? Do you poll the interent experts about your next move and who deserves what? Do you do what's best for your team and move on?
I see Bobby and the 1a team in victory lane in PA tonight. Maybe Bobby knows more about running a 410 team than the folks on social media?

I don't understand what the big deal was about letting Thomas go, guys used to get let go all the time. Hell Bob Weikert used to fire guys every other week sometimes even hiring a guy back. It's Bobby's team he can hire fire whoever he feels without having to explain anything. Now did I agree with the statement Jacob put out? No I didn't he probably could have handled it better but that's just the way it is.
