I know the North Pole Nightmare didn't win at Fremont tonight, but that had to be fun as hell passing that many cars on a track like Fremont.

There's been once or twice where I started in the rear around 18th or 20th of a 305 race and made it to 2nd or 3rd.  A lot of times I'd rather have that experience than the winners check and a cheap trophy.  I had way more fun than everyone else!  Just depends on the size of the winners check.

Bill had a good run for sure ! They tore up some cars tonight, I was sure glad it was just the Outlaws and no support classes.

When I raced some of the best races I had were on dry slick tracks starting in the back and running up to 2nd or 3rd. I always felt that was way more fun and way more impressive to watch than starting 2nd or 3rd and finishing there.

The older I get the faster I was

That must be a blast.     When I see a driver run the table like that I always envision a huge grin on their face.

Lasting about 48 hours.....

Bill passed more cars and finished higher than all of them. They weren't the focal point of the post.
