I have defended BB a lot on here but man that was brutal. Tough to say intentional, but, if the quick time of the invert starts on the outside of you do you assume he's going to be right there? I heard from a friend at the track that the top of hendersons car the cage tubes were crushed. Side note, was looking for the replay this morning to try and get a better look on my desktop but it's like this clip has been scrubbed, I will have to go back and try to dig it out of dirtvisions broadcast.

Saw a quick interview in the pits with Henderson and he was not happy at all with Brown and sounded like he wanted to kick his ass over it.

See if this works. It's sideways but you can see what happened. I guess Brown thought Justin pulled out the gate or something. That was rough.

Well. I'm not smart enough to figure out how to imbed. You'll have to cut and paste. Or maybe someone can fix me up.

Wow, that was ugly! those guys are lucky a cage didnt sheer off the way they hit. I found a different view now that Brad Doty commented on but it says the post has been deleted, not sure how to share it but it is a drone view from turn one looking back down the straight away. Brown drove straight off the corner to the wall before the mid part of the straightaway. I dont know how you could say it was not intentional to drive it to the fence, there was no correction until after he hit hendersons left front.

This game is too dangerous to intentionally do something like that. Maybe just a bonehead move?

Hard to tell but the white car goes up to the fence pretty quick.

Everyone wants big inverts and this what happen. Inverting 6 in a heat guys have to make a move on the start or they will be stuck.

I do not agree with you. They get points for being one of the quick times. They of course want to go fowatrd in hear races but they do not have to do crazy things in heat race to make A main. If they are so fast they should be able to pass a car or two for passing points. Brian is a great and would never crash someone on purpose. Sometimes cars take off and do not go where you planned. Do you want these boring WOO heat races with fast car on pole and they finish 1-2 seconds ahead of 2 nd place.

I've seen Brownie make this very same boneheaded move on more than one occasion. This time he junked two cars and JJ got hurt. Thank God not seriously but he messed his shoulder up, his arms in a sling and he might have to miss a race thanks to Brian's Boneheaded move. He may be a good shoe but he has no reguard for his fellow racers when he makes moves like that on a hight speed joint like Knoxville.
The older I get the faster I was

If they lined up the WoO heat races single file, then gave them the checkered with the green, I don't think it would change the feature line-ups in any noticable way.

Definitely a boneheaded move by Brown. Best thing to do for the starts, especially at Knoxville is to have a cone at the start finish line and everyone has to be side by side nose to tail until they pass that cone, just like restarts, except for the drivers being 2 a breast.. That way your first passes will be pretty much in corner 1 instead of having them all over the track coming out of 4 . It seems the flagman has been having more control taken away from him all the time or just doesn't care on how they start. How often do you see the black flag being used anymore? Could of used it there on Brown.

IMO from the video it looked like BB just wanted to go high and didnt look or think that someone would be there knowing its the start of the race. i would be pissed if i was herderson i would be pissed also. but brown needs to pull his head out. hes been around long enough that you don't pass like that on the 1st corner
