I have the app on my phone and cast races to my smart TV. I have had no issues for the last two years. When I looked today, it said the app needed to be updated which I did through The Google Play store. I just tried to watch Dirtvision to make sure it was updated, but it says I do not have an internet connection?? There are no issues with FLO as The High Limit race from Kokomo is on my TV, so I do have internet. I admit, I am not the most technological advanced person. Is anyone else having issues connecting to Dirtvision with the new updates?

Yeah the new login system sucks and isn't very user friendly.

The new screen layout sucks.

Also the fast forward function is painfully slow.

I was able to share with my son but it won't let me sign up with his login email address and code..Maybe can't share anymore?

I'm OK with the two factor authorization, a necessary step nowadays.

The cookie page does not have any options to opt out of viewing info sharing, My opinion is that DV has made a mistake here, every reputable website I use allows a person to block tracking, it's my data, not theirs. 

Updating account information is stupid, don't hide it, almost felt like DV didn't want me to be able to change things like what credit card I use to pay my bill. 

Weak offering when there is a rain out, IT'S TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THE PRODUCT! All stinking weekend. 

Hate the home page on both the PC or APP, they need to quit with the bait and switch BS, I do not give 2 shits about late models or "Quick Time" or a talking head, I bought this to watch 410 sprints RACING. Shouldn't have to look around to find Knoxville or any other local track on a Saturday night. 

An open Statement to DV:

This is the last year I'll pay that much for so little. I renew in February so we'll see what happens.  Improve your coverage and website or die folks. The sport can and will survive without you. I have emailed those sentiments to the DV  "customer service" black hole. I suggest fellow HH members do the same. 

Pay for so much for so little?  I can't think of a better bargain in all of entertainment than Flo and DV.  It's hard for me to believe they can even make this profitable for a such a niche market for the prices they are charging.  Hauling all of that equipment up and down the road, paying full-time salaries, and to market to such a small group of people.  Kudos to both in my opinion.  Best value in all of sports streaming right now for what you get.  I hope they not only make money, but I hope they make so much that it continues for as long as I want to watch it!   

I will agree it is a good bargain but Flo is so much easier to operate and use. Making sign in difficult is not a smart move. I have DV to wacth Sprint Cars mainly WoO and Chili Bowl so Midgets as a bonus. I watch Beaver Dam becuase I know the crew doing the work.

They are making money. A lot of their help is daily hires for the event only. They don't pay anywhere near the wages the regional networks and networks pay which is the business I worked in for 45+ years. They do a fairly good job given the budget they have.

Sending emails to them will cause them to change eventually. 

Password sharing is stealing though.

DV's new method of sign in is going to be the norm everywhere eventually, so that will not be an issue.  I'm already doing that with other sites anyways. 

I hope they continue to make a lot of money, because I appreciate the ability to watch a commentated Outlaw race, or HL race, no matter where they are in the country!

After I accessed my IRA where they send me a text code to enter I went into DV and gave them a cell phone so they can use that same process.  No big deal, that's a common practice for online accounts.

As far as the cookies go they can mine my data and see how that works out.  Trying to sell an old retired guy anything he doesn't want is an exercise in futility.  I'd prefer not to see an increase in marketing calls as that can be a pain but I won't cancel any subscriptions to live Sprint Car racing over it.  Hopefully they'll get the message as I admit to not reading ten page agreements before clicking accept.  I'm not a lawyer, just an old racing fan.

Well tonight I am watching the late models at 7 speedway. Constantly getting "something went wrong, retrying" errors. Nothing wrong on my end and ran fine prior to the update. Hope this isn't a sign of the norm after this update.

Dirtvision is so fucked up tonight I cannot watch anything on my computer. Will not open a race to watch. When it does the voice & picture don't match & or frozen. What shit service for $299.00.  I had no problems with same system watching last night. WTF is going on

Both my DirtVision and Flo worked fine LIVE all night.  I did have a somewhat long wait for my DirtVision Verification. To long. This is not acceptable. I'll have to sign in much earlier than the event it seems.

DirtVision is now harder to operate than it was before. Flo has the superior system for operation. Progress in reverse big time.

I couldn't get the free audio working last night.   First I went to the schedule and clicked the Audio button and the page it took me to was blank or broken.    Then I went to audio.dirtvision.com (which had been working for me all season) and it said "waiting until 6:15" or something like that even though it was about 8 PM by then. 

Did anybody get the Free Audio to work ?

Yes my Dirtvision worked great all night. I watch on my Roku tv and have xfinity internet.

Tried to watch on my phone while sitting on the porch last night. Wouldn't work, I was logged in and it kept telling subscribe to unlock. Piece of crap I paid 300 bucks and don't need to unlock shit.

Doing replay now in the house and it freaking locks up. 

Just another quick comment about the DV update.  I will be seventy three in a couple months and had it working in less than two minutes.  Streaming on both the popular services have been working great with no problems.  No grandkids called in to help so I'm pretty confident and it's only 8am Saturday.

can't get audio anymore-now sends me to a page to sign up for video WTF

Its not possible to watch replays on DV anymore, gets an unrecoverable error, just starts the video over, then it happens again.  Everything I tried to replay is like that..... EVERYTHING

Plays the 10 minutes of commercials at the beginning of the event just fine, then dies when hot laps start.

send them a email about your issue, they are helpful...
