Like most places, I don't think "customer service" exists. I'm sure I'm not alone, but I have read adds/tweets from Dirtvision with a promotion code to get discounts on the subscription. They never seem to work, and if you try to contact them they never ever reply. I have done this on several occasions and got nothing.
I know a guy with the same issues, along with billing problems through Dirtvision. He spent hours and finally talked to someone who was of no help. They didn't fix squat
I guess I'l sum it up and say that their customer service sucks. But that's hardly exclusive to Dirvision. The crapification of our world contines unabated.

I finally found it, What an FFIN SCAM open page and click HELP (shown in red) Aat top of the page
