....starts tonight at Skagit.  Notice how California drivers have dominated winged sprint car racing nation wide, but they only get to the west coast every once in a damn while.  Should be fun to watch...

I say all the time if California would run more races with better purses they could keep their drivers home to watch them. Instead the rest of the country watches them more than California does. I do hope this Western swing always stays this week that way we don't have to worry about them messing up the Juniata County Fair races.

The guy who sang the national anthems of Australia Canada and America at Skagit last night was really good.

Randy Pratt is a legend up at Skagit. Even as far back as I could remember. It wasn't a big event at Skagit, without hearing him do all three national anthems. Great guy too. He actually does announcing at Deming Speedway, just right up the road with Kaleb Hart.

Thought about making the trip up to Skagit, but was at Grays Harbor Raceway Sunday for the local show and of course the WoO on Monday. I didn't think the GHR show was as good as last year. BUT it was still a great night of racing.

Absolutely fantastic!  Great sense of humor from both.

I am not from anywhere near CA---I'm from the midwest actually.  I don't know how anyone can argue the domination of sprint car drivers from CA.

If Raudman knew more about the specifics of sprint cars he could maybe become a more entertaining personality.

His descriptions or lack of knowledge as he attempts to describe what is wrong & what is being repaired after crashes.

Dom could take Raudman's job away without even having an interview.

The day he referred to the Kings Royal crown as "the hat" was the day he should've been escorted out of the entire racing industry forever. That was simply unacceptable and blasphemous.

Good grief they didn't make it to opening ceremonies and they are reworking the track. What a freaking joke.
