You win!!!  Dumbest post of 2023

Your obvious hatred for the Outlaws makes me wonder why you are watching.  I hate Bed Bath and Beyond so I just don't go in the store.  You should try this with the Outlaws and maybe find a new hobby.  Basket weaving?

Your post is so ridiculously stupid, there is no need to actually answer any of the questions.

An honest question deserves an honest answer. If you were having a medical emergency in the pits, would you want them to contnue the race, or stop the race and have the rescue crew pull your head out of your ass?

I can tell from your posts that your responses are rooted in insecurity. That makes sense because you are insecure. You're a fake, a phony, and everyone can tell. It's obvious. There's no need to respond to me with more insults. I consider the source and I'm not impressed with know-nothings spouting off insults on the internet. Go back to Facebook.  That's where sad people of your ilk do their best insults.

On a different note, what did you think of the racing at the Ironman tonight? You did watch it-right?

If he did watch it, I'm sure he will say they "lucked" into a great race, a great car count, and a full crowd.  They're doing nothing right.  I would have a lot more respect for the Outlaws if they would have invented the internet, but Al Gore beat them to it.    wink

What if they started 24 cars in the feature and going into turn one all 24 cars flipped in "the big one"? Now you're gonna need 24 ambulances.

In most cases a track has 1 ambulance. A promotor that has some morals and insurance. Stops the show no matter were that emergency is, stands, pits, or on track.  If that person needs transported,  either a second ambulance needs to be on site or the show is cancelled. I have seen it happen. A life is a lot more important than getting the show in.

1The Outlaws require 2 ambulances to host an event

2Local officials and medical officials are required to respond to a medical situation.

3A persons life is more important than any race

#1. Not true. It's suggested but not required.

#2. On private property, local medical personal are required to respond only if requested.

#3. Agree with you 100%

You ever stop and think that maybe they do have enough ambulances and safety crew for multiple injuries in case of a wreck, but they stopped the race because of where the emergency took place? Maybe it was in a location where it could be in the way of the crews if there was an open red, or blocks the exit of a track. Maybe the paramedics need to be able to hear each other so they stopped the cars. When it happened I was hoping whoever was affected was ok instead of whining. It was the right thing to do whatever the reason.

If there is a medical emergency in the pits and the person will need to be transported, the ambulance will have to drive across the track anyway.    It doesn't matter if there are five ambulances or crews in the pits, there's no point racing until the situation is remedied.   I would just hope and pray that the person is OK.   The wait for the feature to push off because of that isn't that big of a deal.

I've been at races where:

-A race was delayed because of a medical emergency in the pits
-A race that was stopped for a medical emergency in the stands-A race was stopped so that the medical crew could assist at a bad highway accident near the track.
-Two different races where a bad accident required helicopters from both local hospitals.

Some folks just like to complain because it's the only way they can get attention.

Murphy, good point. We where at a race that ended up being called because of a multi vehicle crash as someone was pulling out unto the road. They actually had the announcer tell the fans don't bother trying to leave because the highway was closed. They opened the pits and had people pushing 50/50 tickets. Life flight came in and landed in the infield because the track lighting gave them a safe place to land. Drunks, I no that never happens at a racetrack, kept yelling let's race.

Here's an idea for you, stop watching sprint car racing and just watch NASCAR, F1, or Indy.   I bet noone in sprint car racing will miss you...

Wow, it's pretty late in the year for there to be a current thread started with a post so stupid that it could be considered for "dumbest post of the year".  You do realize most, if not all F1 and NASCAR tracks have a helo landing pad in the infield and or a tunnel under the track, right?   You can't be this stupid IRL.

If nobody has yet nominated the OP's op, I would like to formally do so.

Please do us all a favor and keep replying, because for entertainment value alone, this one is a gem.

I kid, please do stop.  Your idocy is showing, as is your slip, moron.

Thanx,
Bruce

Blah, blah, blah...

You do know that WoO, NASCAR, and F-1 are three entirely different animals-right?

You still haven't said what you thought of the last WoO race, or you don't follow sprint cars?
