I noticed that JG was creative with his wording promoting the HB Nationals as the largest WoO purse in history. I understand the need and benefit to word things truthfully but creatively. No problem with that, actually thought it was creative. I am wondering if the WoO will allow all the Platinum members the chance to go to the Million or will they need to use one of their free passes. I kind of suspect Tony put that up to show up the WoO and dangle a carrot they cannot chase. So looks like theHighlimit has created a loop hole that screws up Tony's plan to pay big without the WoO.
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

Honestly I don't pay that much attention to it. If memory serves me right though, the platinum drivers can race at another track without WoO permission if that track hosts a WoO race? I could be mistaken there and someone can correct me if I am, but it doesn't sound like they'd need to use one of their four passes for that.

The Outlaws are allowed 4 free events where there is no penalty whatsoever for racing. The 2 events for the Million count against that allotment of 4.

The WoO press release said "contracted full-time World of Outlaws drivers or teams will now be able to race four non-World of Outlaws nights without restrictions as long as they are outside of 48 hours or a 100-mile radius on either side of a scheduled event."
Based on that, the Eldora Million race is NOT allowed because it is within 48 hours and 100 miles of the WoO events immediately following the million.
Maybe WoO has updated their restrictions and/or made additional statements I'm not aware of. If so, please share.
Press release is HERE

It'll be part of their 4 (count as 2). Like Gravel and Sweet said there are no restrictions that could keep us from running the Million. The WoO champion would end up being Noah Gass or Bill Rose if this doesn't count towards the 4. Nothing will keep Gravel, Macedo, Sweet, Schatz, Sheldon, Schuhardt, Allen, McFadden, Scelzi, Bayston, Price, Zearfoss from running the million and probably not Rose or Gass either, they will all be there. It's not only about the chance to win it, there are only about 8 of those people, it's also about being part of the biggest event in the history of Sprint Car racing, they won't be passing it up.
By the way, Bill Rose is the only driver that has the chance to podium at BOTH Sprint Car Million races, unless Jac or Stevie Smith come out of retirement like Pittman and Shane Stewart are for this.

Are you expecting every platinum Outlaw member to forfeit the benefits of membership for a one shot deal on $1 million

They don't have to it's part of the 4 but gravel and sweet said they would and I'd say the top 8 would absolutely, but again they won't have to.

I believe more than 8 drivers have a shot at winning. 6 or 7 outlaws, 4 or 5 allstar/ohio drivers, 2 or 3 PA drivers, 2 or 3 from Cali, probably more.
