Should have stayed on the porch this past weekend. Spent more than they earned.

Just doing some homework, nothing but a test session. It'll be on the bottom come a hot, dry, sultry western Ohio night in July, and the magical dream ride of 1986 will be re-kindled and re-lived.

You mean it'll be a total fluke again?

So in other words, the top four will drop out leaving the fifth running 69K win?

He won didn't he ? Luck has been a part of racing since the beginning. Bad luck can also be something a team cannot shake it doesn't matter how hard you try.

He did alright and gained valuable track time. He needs to stop losing 3-4 spots on every start though.

Lets be honest this will more than likely be the last year LD travels anywhere. With Cole racing more and getting better and better i wouldn't be surprised if the 69K juat shows up at Port Royal every weekend next year to break the record for the most wins. After that LD officially retires.

seemed like a pretty typically first time out a track for the 69k. made the a main the second night so gained a bit each time out. they're similar in pa where sometimes they start out a bit slow. teams like the 39 and 48 make all the noise while the 69k quietly go about their business until you find them in victory lane.
