Can someone help clarify something for me.....everyday, recently anyway, it seems another midget driver/team declares to run the full 2023 Xtreme Outlaw Midget Series and contend for the championship. Today it was Chance Crum and the Rudeen midget team. Other names I saw declare were Hayden Reinbold/Reinbold Racing, Jade Avedesian in her new KKM ride, Cannon McIntosh, Gavin Miller, Ethan Mitchell, Zach Daum, and Chase McDermand.
My question is: have all these drivers/teams now left USAC for Extreme? If so, a USAC midget show will consist of about 15 cars. I know not all the KKM cars jumped ship (still leaves Reimer and Bryson).
Looking forward to tomorrow and Saturday"s Xtreme midget shows indoor at Duqoin on DV. Looks like they are points-paying shows so it should have a good field with good cars.
I know someone will no doubt skewer me for posting about midgets here - I have tough skin, LOL!

I havn't seen all of their announcements, but I did see that Crum intends to run for both USAC and Extreme Crown/Full Season.

The USAC and Xtreme schedules have no conflicting dates. So a team could actually run for both titles with no concerns, other than a few back-to-backs that would require a lot of racing within a short period. I don't believe WRG puts limits on the midget teams like they do for WoO, so there's probably a few teams who will run both full schedules.
Signature here.
