Probably some new driver full time in the 9 car. That's the only thing that makes sense to me since Kahne has a new baby coming soon and probably won't have as much time to race.

Press release seems to indicate they'll be running the WoO tour.

Kasey Kahne Racing and sponsor NAPA Auto Parts have reached a multi-year contract extension. Brad Sweet will continue to pilot the team’s No. 49 machine as he has been the primary driver since 2017 when the partnership began.
“We have had a blast teaming up with NAPA on the 49 and are thrilled to have the opportunity to keep winning with them, said Kasey Kahne, president of Kasey Kahne Racing. NAPA is a great partner, and it’s so fun to see how many store owners and employees join us at the track throughout the year.
The partial partnership began in 2017 when Sweet claimed second in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series point standings. Concluding the 2017 season, NAPA elevated their role to become the primary sponsor of the No. 49.
Sweet and the NAPA No. 49 head into 2023 looking for a fifth consecutive title.

Lol....circus wagons firmly hitched to mother tit.
At least we got educated this winter they are spending $9000 per race and make hundreds of thousand$ off of t-shirts.
Posse spanking them with a third of the resources. Lesson learned.
They don't even know how to spell sprint car
much less chromoly...http://www.ycmco.com

So this announcement essentially also says that Brad suite will not be racing more than four high limit events
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

Maybe it's already been said but can these drivers run their own cars in another series? Or could sweet drive silva's car in the high limit races?

The driver signs the exclusivity contract. Sides tried to drive someone elses car one year under a fake name and lost his points fund money.
