"Had" being the key word. Unfortunately this year was definitely a down year. Maybe shorter on funding or just looking for something new and different?

The 7 team probably would have won the Huset's points championship had the driver not pulled in right before his heat race started last Saturday night - September 3rd.
Instead of receiving the 5 points for taking the green flag in the heat race, they received no points for not starting. Thus they would have won the Husets points again this year by 2 points.
But then again the 410's drivers score points every time the get on the race track @ Husets/Jackson. (Time Trials, Heat race, Feature race).

To be fair, there was no way that 7 car was ever going to sniff a 410 championship before Justin got in it. It was a shitbox that looked like it never saw a car wash and he turned into a respectable looking deal that competed for 410 wins

Yeah, would have been great to see him back in the 35 for the Tuscarora 50. That car seems to be playing musical chairs this season anyway.

Now that you mention it, saw a random photo the other day and thought I saw the 35. After continuing to scroll I just figured it was a look alike car. Didn't even know they were back.

That cars been back for a couple years now with Tyler Reeser driving it mostly at Port. Reeser, Kemenah and Austin Bishop have now drove it this year. Been MIA the past couple weeks. Don't know if they are looking for another driver or what. You wouldn't think they would want to sit out the 50. Seems like it could still be a good car with the right driver, nice looking one anyway. Reeser had some good moments but not much consistency.

I'm hopeful Justin stays in the midwest and Sandvig and least keeps a car at Husets.
The money in the midwest weekly is arguable better than PA right now, with Knoxville at 5k to win, 1k for 10th and 625 to start and Husets at 4k to win, 625 for 10 and 500 to start. The difference is the special shows, where the midwest is pretty much exclusively Outlaw shows for specials wheras PA has all the All Star events plus other shows.
If the POWRI 410 program can get some traction, and become a viable series running from Missouri up to South Dakota/Minnesota, there is scope for a pretty awesome platform, similar to the NSL back in 2015.

2022 was the 1st year Powri sanctioned 410 C.I winged sprint cars. They raced 7 times.
5 of the shows were @ Lake Ozark Speedway in Missouri. 1 each @ Donnellson Iowa & Sedalia Missouri.

Henderson was in the BDS car last week. He had success with that team in the past, and I believe was running along side Donnie during the Nationals in that car.
