Needs a crew chief. Swindell is making him look dumb. It's not just him either, everyone that's been in that car in the past few years look bad but then go elsewhere and win. Like Bayston

I think it's a good ride. Kevin knows his shit. It's tough to win races when you have 6 different people driving the car every year.

It's has some great drivers pass through it, Bell, Pittman, a past his prime but still decent Sammy, Bayston. I think that has masked the fact that it's not a top tier ride.

I think it's a chicken and egg type situation. The ride may be good, but it never gets a rhythm and never gets a consistent driver. It might be a great ride-------but how will we ever know if this never happens? It might be a garbage ride----but how will we ever know? Based on results, it's average at best right now. I have to see something more than a glimmer here and there. I have no doubt Kevin knows what he's doing and at first glance, the equipment appears to be there. But it just doesn't perform whatever the reason is.

Helps when a driver can tell what he needs or not, What shocks work for him etc. While some chiefs can figure it out and give them what they need. Most can't if the driver knows nothing about setups.

It confuses me as to why sammy is not in the seat. Do the guys selected have to bring some form of financial aid with them to get in the seat ?
