a couple observations and a question or two.
Their names were not Doug Sammy and Steve but the race between Gravel, Sweet and Sheldon was about as good as sprint car racing can be in any generation... They were 3 lions looking to rule the jungle and alone worth the price of admission...
Reutzel last year was kicked to the curb in a pretty hard way... Opinions of that aside, look as how it ended up.. He has Folken Brothers, Mobil one and Toyota racing on the side of his car. Its pretty clear that someone high up someplace wasn't as angry as maybe we believed.. But the interesting part. Roth fires him and they both wind up tied to Toyota the following year where there obviously will be some major sharing on information going on. Anyone think that is just a coincidence ? it just goes to show that you never really know until they drop the flag.
Race tracks are pretty important if we are going to have a car race. Dirt racing can never move to the national level if we can't even have the track ready.. Forget excuses. WOO owns the track and everything else down there so its pretty easy to know where the blame lies here.. Maybe the boss needs to reprioritize some things...Everyone has opinions and everyone has excuses.. Time to just measure results on this one. We should have properly prepared race tracks... Not like you didn't know they were coming.
Quesion: whats up with Jacob in the 1A . no sponcers at all ??? is it opinion they want to stay all year or just until spring and oh, he looked pretty good I thought....
After watching Kasey bounce off that wall I thought how I'd liike to see him and Jason Sides both just become car owners with two car teams and walk around and enjoy theselves.. There both good people who need to stay in sprint car racing a long time....
Your thoughts..
