Has anybody released or seen any of the paint schemes for 2022?

Eliason. Typical Rudeen scheme, little more white than previous years.

Update from David Gravel, but not much on the actual paint scheme.

You'd be surprised what guys like Kraig Kinser and Brock Zearfoss put into their programs. They aren't hurting by any means. Do they have top-of-the-line, latest greatest stuff? No, probably not. But they sure aren't hurting like you say they are. I'd bet money that Steve dumps a lot in Kraig's program along with the Dumesny's who Kraig dates their daughter Michaela. The Dumesny's are the Australian version of the United States' Kinser family.
Those kinds of people is what the World of Outlaws is all about. You love rooting for those guys because they like the "beer budget"! They are just happy and content going track to track, racing for a living, making a few bucks here and there, and making new fans along the way. I'd put Jason Sides right in that group too. Jason, Kraig, and Brock are just "good ole boys" you like to root for. They can drive and when put on a smaller track that doesn't require all the horsepower that huge half miles require from $80k engines, those guys do just fine.
But none of them are hurting for money and no, I don't feel sorry for them. They are truly doing what they love to do!

They all drank from the Bobby Allen fountain. There is no one better than the shark himself on knowing were to save money.

The amount of cars and newness of the wheels does tell a story but if a guy has $200,000 to spend and he builds 2 cars isnt it quite reasonable to think those 2 cars have beter parts than the cars built by a guy who has $300,000 and builds 5 cars? I'm just saying the size of the shop isn't the reason you get to wing dance.

I think Kraig Kinser is doing alright. He will have at least one Knoxville Nationals win by the time he retires.

Sorry for not having exact budgets calculated for your approval. Also sorry you missed the point but it's so obvious I'm not going to repeat it. Just add a zero to the dollar figure if you'll sleep better.

I wonder how much today's top teams actually spend on their cars? Years ago I heard that Steve Kinser basically had his whole car or a good portion of it donated. He had a deal with Maxim, he had a deal with Sander and a deal with a lot of sprint car manufacturer parts. Is this still the case today?

When I used to go, I'd collect peanuts while guys like steve, sammy, wolfgang, hewitt would walk the PRI show isles and manufactures would want them in there booths for a couple hrs. They come in to make deals. Sanders would give the little guys a chance to buy there product at a deeply discounted price if you spent 15k. That was many years ago, I'm sure that buy in is a lot more today. So if you think there paying retail prices that's not the case. It's the same with chassis, you buy x ammount and will give you x extra. PRI has gotten so big that the deals are made before the show dates ever come up.

I like that. It looks fast just sitting there. So many sprints nowadays look like a black car with 2 buckets of graphic thrown at them.
