Lernerville will soon be fighting to stay alive. The area surrounding the track keeps growing yearly. Residential and commercial values are steadily on the rise. I'm not sure who owns the property the track sits on. I am sure the Martin family has nothing to do with the daily operation of the facilities. It would not surprise me to learn that they lease the property.

Geez I haven't been out there in a few years but last time I was it was in the middle of nowhere, near Pittsburgh but you would never know it. If any track is in danger of urban sprawl, I'd say it is Williams Grove. It's astonishing/alarming how much residential housing has popped near the track in the last few decades.

Racing wise I've always thought Lernerville was the best track in PA. You hardly ever see a bad show there.
