Why was the Hagerstown speedweek show cancelled?
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

did it rain? I checked the forecast soon after it was cancelled. It looked like there was a better chance of rain Wednesday night at Port. Kinda weird.....they usually try to sell the tickets....did they ever officially say it was due to rain?
Maybe Larson called and said he couldn't make it ??????

It's gotta be tough to make a call at noon on raceday when who knows what the weather will actually do. That's why I never entertained selling tickets - just buying them. We should all be grateful for the gambles that promoters take every week - sure they can make a lot, but they can lose a lot too.
Looks like 1 rain out for the week. A good run.
